TRACKING :Customers are provided with tracking information email on dispatch of their order. kinvoca is not responsible if customers are not notifies by their country's postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes. For spare parts, there is no tracking number for those order.

TAXES & DUTIES: Any and all applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. The law requires kinvoca to state the full value of your order on the package, and this will then usually determine the applicable fees.
