Kinvoca Return Policy
Products are under 30 days money back warranty with return of the goods. Return fees will be taken care by kinvoca if it is a manufacture issue. If buyer do not like the item, then return fee + $5.00 restock fee will be charged by kinvoca for refund.

"kinvoca products are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for 12-24 months (depends on product and region) from the date of purchase from kinvoca website or kinvoca authorized reseller.
(kinvoca is responsible for shipment cost and replacement cost)"
About Return Postage
"For manufacture warranty, kinvoca or its distributor / reseller and consumer will pay for one leg of postage each. Normally -
consumer pays for the postage to the kinvoca warehouse or kinvoca distributor/reseller warehouse
kinvoca or distributor pays for the postage of replacement. "

- This warranty does not cover electrical or mechanical damage resulting from misuse or abuse, lack of reasonable care, water damage on non-water resistant items, damage due to force majeure or natural forces, or inadequate repairs performed by unauthorized service centers.

2. Registered the purchase at kinvoca.com within 30 days
3. Clear proof of purchase under 12 or 24 months (depends on product and region)
4. Products are under normal / supposed use
5. No damage"
Kinvoca Refund Policy
Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. If you canceled a pickup item, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancelation request. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method: If buyer do not like the item, then return fee + $5.00 restock fee will be charged by kinvoca for refund.
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY:
We Do NOT Accept Cancellations On orders if the order is confirmed to be shipped. You agreed to these Terms when you ordered from us here at kinvoca. Please make note of this Term and Condition When ordering from our store. Thank you. We Do Not Refund orders that were RUSHED and did not arrive in time....thank you for your understanding. Please plan ahead when ordering goods!
