FAQ:

1. How to recalibrate joysticks?

- Please follow below steps to recalibrate the stick:
"system settings - controllers and sensors - calibrate control sticks - Press 'stick' - press 'X' to calibrate"

2. How to connect?

- Make sure bluetooth turned on. You have to turn off airplane mode or turn on bluetooth manually under airplane mode.

Method One: attach to console for the initial pairing, then press abxy(up/down/right/left) to reconnect wirelessly after controllers recorded by console.

Method Two: You may try the below steps to connect wirelessly directly.
Step 1. select "controllers-Change Grip/Order" to enter searching mode.
Step 2. Long press "sync/mode" button of controllers until it flashes to enter pairing mode.
If it doesn't work still

3. What to do if controllers keep disconnecting?

- a. Fully charge controllers.
  b. Too many controllers are recorded, so you may wipe out previous connection record from console and try again.

4. How to turn off vibration?

- "system settings-controllers and sensors-controller vibration"

5. How to get warranty served?

6. How to update 5088 (with engraved ABXY buttons)

- Step 1. Confrim your product model.

Step 2. Download (click here) and unzip the upgrade file.

Step 3. Choose update program(switch_XXXX_fw.exe), then select the corresponding driver (Left or Right).

Step 4. Long press 3D joystick around 8 seconds to enter upgrade mode (5 seconds, 1st and 3rd light will light up, then they go off after extra 3 seconds)

Step 5. Connect (L/R) joy pad to PC via micro usb.

Step6. Device status of update program will change to online from offline.

Step 7. Click download and complete update. 

Notice: If update failed, press “sync” button to restart controllers and try again.

7. How to update 5088 (with printed ABXY buttons)

- Step 1. Confrim your product model.

Step 2. Download (click here) and unzip the file.

Step 3. Choose update program “BM-827.exe” and select “5088.hex”.

Step 4. Long press SL and do not release, then connect controller to computer via usb. LED 1 and LED 3 will light on.

Step 5. After it is recognized, click “OK” and complete.

Notice: If update failed, press “sync” button to restart controllers and try again.
